Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

Every order ships free, with no minimum spend, to the United States and all countries listed at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

United States: 6–10 business days after shipping

International: 8–15 business days after shipping

During holidays and peak seasons, carriers may occasionally add a few days. If your order is running late, email us and we'll look into it right away.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number at 17track.net. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

LOST, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email a photo to support@superhypemarket.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
